Terms and conditions

Products, prices and quotes

• Photos: products are shown as accurately as we can. Items marked “Sample” are placeholders while the catalogue is being completed.
• Prices: website prices are indicative per-unit prices before branding and GST. Larger quantities get lower slab prices. Your final price is the one in our written quote or proforma invoice.
• GST: added at the rate that applies to each product. Business buyers get a tax invoice with their GSTIN.
• Quotes: valid for 15 days unless the quote says otherwise.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and receive the payment due. We may decline an order — for example artwork we can't reproduce well, or a quantity we can't deliver by your date — and refund anything already paid.

Artwork and proofs

• Your artwork: you confirm you own, or have permission to use, every logo, name and design you send us. We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
• Proofs: we send a digital mockup (proof) of every branded item. Production starts only after you approve it.
• Approval: an approved proof is final — please check spelling, colours, size and placement carefully. Printed colours can differ slightly from screens; ask us for a Pantone match if colour is critical.

Payment

• Terms: full payment with the order, or — where offered — 50% advance with the balance before dispatch.
• Methods: UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay, or bank transfer to the account on our proforma invoice. We don't take cash on delivery for branded goods.
• TDS: business buyers who deduct TDS should send the certificate; the deducted amount counts towards the order once received.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for delivering what you approved, in the quantity ordered, by the date we agreed. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as a missed event or lost business, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected items.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Questions and complaints

Write to us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we'll reply within one working day. If you're not satisfied with our reply, contact the grievance officer named above — we acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
