Where we deliver
Across India by courier, and by our own team within Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Kits for several offices or remote employees can go to many addresses — we'll quote for that.
How long it takes
- Production: usually 7–10 working days after you approve the proof and pay, depending on the product and quantity. Your confirmed date is in our order confirmation.
- Transit: usually 2–7 working days by courier, depending on the destination. Hyderabad deliveries usually arrive the next working day.
- Urgent orders: ask us — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown on your quote or proforma before you pay. Bulky items and multi-address deliveries are quoted separately.
Tracking and receiving
- Tracking: we share the courier's name and tracking number when your order is dispatched.
- E-way bill: consignments over ₹50,000 travel with an e-way bill, as GST rules require.
- On delivery: count the cartons and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, then tell us within 48 hours.
Delays
If a delay on our side means we'll miss your date, we tell you as soon as we know. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, severe weather or courier disruption.
Questions and complaints
Write to us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we'll reply within one working day. If you're not satisfied with our reply, contact the grievance officer named above — we acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
