What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum is 50 units per product. Bulk pricing scales all the way to 50,000 units. If you need fewer than 50, message us — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
How do I request a quote?
Add products to your quote list (the + button on any product), then send the list on WhatsApp or by email from the quote page. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp or call during business hours.
Can I mix different products into one custom kit?
Yes. Combine any products from the catalogue and we'll pack them together in a premium foam-insert gift box sized for 1 to 5 pieces, with ribbon and foil options.
Are the prices on the website final?
Prices shown are indicative per-unit prices before branding and GST. Your final quote depends on quantity, branding method and packaging, and is confirmed in writing before production.

Free mockups, approvals and the branding methods we use.
Will I see a mockup before production?
Yes. Share your logo and we send free digital mockups within 24 hours. Nothing goes into production until you approve them.
Which branding methods do you offer?
Laser engraving, UV printing and screen printing. We recommend the method that suits each material — for example laser engraving on metal, bamboo and PU leather.

Delivery & billing
Delivery times, shipping across India and GST invoices.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are delivered in 7–10 days after mockup approval. A 5-day express option is available for urgent requirements.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes. We ship pan-India from Hyderabad and handle bulk logistics end-to-end.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. Every order comes with a GST invoice, and our GSTIN is shown at the foot of every page.
