Privacy policy

What we collect

• What you tell us: your name, phone number, email, company, GSTIN, billing and delivery addresses, and the details of your enquiry or order.
• Artwork: logos and design files you send for branding.
• Orders and payments: what you ordered, amounts, invoices and payment references. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Your quote list: kept in your own browser's storage until you choose to send it to us.
• No tracking: we don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and send quotes, mockups and proformas.
• To make, deliver and invoice your order, and to keep the accounts that tax law requires.
• To send order updates on WhatsApp or email — on WhatsApp only if you agree.
• To send offers and news only if you opt in; you can opt out any time.

Who we share it with

• Couriers and delivery partners: the name, phone number and address needed to deliver.
• Razorpay: to take payments and process refunds.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider: to send you messages.
• Hosting and storage providers (Google Firebase, Supabase): they store data for us and may not use it for anything else.
• Our accountants and government authorities, where the law requires.

We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to two years after we last heard from you.
• Orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires — at least six years.
• Artwork: 12 months after delivery, unless you ask us to keep it for reorders.

Your rights

You can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or updated, have it erased (except what the law makes us keep), withdraw consent for WhatsApp updates or offers, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to the grievance officer named above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection, and only staff who need your details to handle your order can see them in our admin.

Questions and complaints

Write to us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we'll reply within one working day. If you're not satisfied with our reply, contact the grievance officer named above — we acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
